Valve indication unit for sensing-only duties — 360° LED status indication and ±1 mm position feedback where a valve position must be confirmed but not controlled. IP69K. Ideal for retrofit indication on existing hygienic valves.
Compact control unit for hygienic valves with up to one solenoid (butterfly / single-seat). ±0.1 mm accuracy, Auto / Live / Flex setup, Digital, AS-Interface or IO-Link. For valve stems under 65 mm.
Second-generation control unit for demanding duties — up to three solenoids for mixproof valves, ±0.1 mm accuracy, Burst & Pulse seat cleaning (CIP media savings up to 95 %) and IO-Link diagnostics. For valve stems over 65 mm.
Intrinsically-safe basic sensing and control for hazardous-area hygienic lines across dairy, food, beverage, biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications.
The core Alfa Laval hygienic centrifugal pump range — 316L wetted parts, efficient and gentle handling for general transfer, CIP supply and process duties across dairy, food, beverage and pharma.
Self-priming centrifugal pump using air-screw technology to handle CIP return and liquids with entrained air. Sizes 10/20/40, up to ~100 m³/h at 50 Hz and 7.5 bar differential.
High-purity variant for biotech and pharmaceutical duties — easy cleanability, EHEDG-oriented design and comprehensive Q-doc documentation. Eight sizes, capacities up to ~275 m³/h.
Traditional self-priming pump (tank + non-return valve on a standard LKH) for tank drainage and CIP return where liquids contain air or gas. Sizes LKHSP-10 to -40.
Double block-and-bleed valve for matrix systems — independent plugs and an atmospheric leakage chamber prevent cross-contamination during simultaneous product/CIP flows. Basic, SeatClean, HighClean and UltraClean versions; ThinkTop V50/V70 compatible.
Pneumatic single-seat valve platform (standard, aseptic, tank-outlet, tangential) — EHEDG-certified and 3-A authorised with a semi-maintainable actuator for routing and shut-off on hygienic lines.
In-line butterfly valve for low-to-medium viscosity liquids — manual handle or pneumatic actuator (NC/NO/A-A), and compatible with Unique Control automation units for CIP and recipe control.
3D-indexed high-impact rotary jet heads for hygienic tanks — TJ20G for 15–150 m³ and TJ40G for 150–2250 m³, with HD and Burst variants. Self-lubricated by the cleaning fluid; ATEX options.
Compact rotary jet heads for small tanks, drums and barrels — GJ 7 for small vessels and GJ PF FT to retrofit existing spray balls on 15–150 m³ tanks.
Swirling fan-pattern spray heads (MultiMidget / MultiMagnum) for lighter-duty cleaning of 0.1–125 m³ vessels — self-lubricated by the cleaning media.
