Sales Engineer

Delhi (with travel across North India)Full-time2–5 years

Own the sales cycle for hygienic process equipment — from application discovery and technical discussion to selection, quotation and order closure.

Responsibilities
  • Understand plant process requirements and translate them into equipment selection.
  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals in coordination with principals (Alfa Laval, Spirax Sarco, Praj HiPurity).
  • Manage the customer relationship across enquiry, order, delivery and after-sales.
  • Travel to plant sites in North India for technical discussions and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Technology, Dairy Technology or Instrumentation.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in process equipment (hygienic or industrial).
  • Comfortable reading P&IDs and discussing utilities (steam, cooling, CIP).
  • Willingness to travel; valid driving licence preferred.

Service Engineer

Delhi (with travel across India)Full-time1–4 years

Handle installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of plate heat exchangers, pumps, steam traps and other equipment supplied by DFT.

Responsibilities
  • On-site installation, commissioning and start-up of process equipment.
  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance including plate pack service, gasket replacement, pump overhaul.
  • Site inspection reports and coordination with the sales team on spares and service opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice for breakdown attend calls.
Requirements
  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical or Instrumentation.
  • 1–4 years of hands-on service experience with hygienic or process equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of steam systems, thermal equipment and hygienic fittings.
  • Fitness for site work and travel; valid driving licence preferred.
