Unique SSV
Unique SSV service requirements depend on the valve variant and duty. Identify the installed single-seat valve before selecting a product-contact seal kit or an actuator service kit.
Unique SSV service selection

| Pos. | Component | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|
| — | Product-contact seal kit | Match shut-off, change-over or specialised variant |
| — | Seat and stem sealing components | Confirm sealing arrangement and elastomer |
| — | Actuator service components | Identify actuator model separately |
| — | Control and indication components | Identify the fitted control unit and reported symptom |
Component groups below are an identification checklist. Exact contents depend on valve variant, size and actuator. Confirm the equipment-specific drawing with DFT.

Product-contact service parts
Seal kits address wear in the product-contact sealing arrangement. Confirm kit contents against the exact valve configuration; a shut-off valve and a change-over or specialised variant may require different components.
Actuator and control equipment
Separate leakage through the product path from pneumatic leakage or incomplete movement. Identify the actuator and control unit independently so a mechanical service request is not confused with a sensing or air-supply issue.
What to send DFT
Share the serial number, valve size and standard, valve variant, actuator details, existing elastomer and process conditions. Note the observed symptom, cleaning regime and required quantity. DFT can use this context to coordinate identification.
Maintenance planning
Plan inspection from operating history and the applicable manual. Store spare seals in their packaging and review their condition before installation. After service, verify movement, sealing and position feedback under the approved commissioning procedure.
